These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between Nomadia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person who purchases or uses our travel, tourism, and visa services (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”). By booking any service with Nomadia, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. General Provisions
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in UAE.
Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for reading and understanding these T&C before booking.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until Nomadia issues a written confirmation and receives the required deposit or full payment.
Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for ensuring all booking details (names, dates, and passport details) are accurate. Nomadia is not liable for costs or issues arising from inaccurate data provided by the Client.
Payment Terms:
Deposit: A non-refundable (20%) deposit may be required to confirm certain tour packages.
Final Payment: The balance is due 2 Days prior to the commencement of the first service booked.
3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds
For cancellations of our own tour services (Desert Safari, City Tours), we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking price. For tickets purchased through our Website for third-party services or events, the cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective service providers or ticketing companies. Please review the specific cancellation policies of these providers carefully. We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to third-party services.
​Cancellation by Nomadia: We reserve the right to cancel or amend any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (supplier failure, force majeure). In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative of comparable value or a full refund for the cancelled portion.
​Amendments: Any requests to modify bookings (e.g., changes to dates or services) must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but we cannot guarantee availability.
4. Visa Services (Crucial Section)
- ​Processing Time: Nomadia provides estimates, but visa issuance times are determined solely by government authorities. We are not responsible for delays.
- ​Approval Guarantee: Nomadia acts as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the issuance of any visa, as approval is at the sole discretion of the UAE or relevant foreign immigration authorities.
- ​Refunds for Denial: Visa fees and Nomadia’s service charges are generally non-refundable in the event of a visa denial, as the charges cover the service of application and processing.
​5. Liability and Documentation
- ​Limitation of Liability: Nomadia acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers.
- ​Maximum Liability: If Nomadia is found liable for any loss, our maximum liability shall be limited to the total price paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
- ​Travel Documentation: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (with at least six months validity), all necessary visas, permits, and health documents for the duration of the trip.
- ​Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all multi-day tour packages and highly recommended for all other bookings.
